Consumers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email):

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, with the exception of non-refundable deposits for custom-made products, such as camper cabins. Once the deposit for a camper cabin is paid, production begins at the factory in accordance with the contract and cancellations are not permitted; otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (e.g., pickup hardtops/canopies), these costs are estimated to be up to approximately EUR 300 within Germany.

  • Compensation for Value Loss: You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that was not necessary to test the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiry

The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g., vehicle-specific hardtops, or camper cabins, which are strictly custom-made products and start production at the factory immediately upon deposit payment pursuant to the contract, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if the goods have been permanently attached to the vehicle, mounted, drilled, or otherwise modified.
